This policy explains how refunds and returns work at South Ealing Pharmacy.

Medicines and pharmacy products

For safety and legal reasons, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy, unless they are faulty or were supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Private services and appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private service or appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Refunds for pre-paid services are considered on a case-by-case basis where the service has not yet been provided.
