Who can get vaccinated this season?

People most likely to become seriously unwell are offered vaccines each winter. You lower your risk of severe illness and reduce spread to family and friends. We welcome patients from South Ealing, Ealing, Acton, Hanwell, Brentford, and across West London.

Covid 19 vaccines this autumn are offered to three groups. Residents in older adult care homes. All adults aged 75 and over. People aged six months and over who are immunosuppressed.

Flu eligibility is unchanged. From 1 September, pregnant women and children are offered flu vaccination. This includes all children aged two or three on 31 August 2025, all school years Reception to Year 11, and children in clinical risk groups from six months to under 18.

From 1 October, flu vaccine is offered to people aged 65 and over, adults aged 18 to under 65 in clinical risk groups, residents in long stay care, carers, close contacts of immunocompromised people, and eligible frontline workers.

You can often have both vaccines in the same visit. That saves time and helps protection build before winter peaks. We will check your eligibility, answer questions, and guide you on aftercare.

When to book and what to bring

Book in early autumn so protection is in place before viruses increase. If you are pregnant or booking for children, you can start from 1 September. Adult flu and Covid 19 appointments start from 1 October.

Bring with you

  • Any booking details or NHS number if you have it

  • A parent, carer, or consent if needed

Having both vaccines together
